45th ANNUAL FUNCTION 2019 | Little Flowers Public Sr Sec School, Shivaji Park, Shahadra

Little Flowers Public Sr. Sec. School, Shivaji Park,Shahdara celebrated its 45th Annual Function on 29th December 2019 at Yamuna Sports Complex, Surajmal Vihar, Delhi-110092 with great zeal, zest and enthusiasm. The function was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Sh. J. K. Yadav, Regional Officer, C.B.S.E., Delhi and other distinguished Guests Sh. Manoj Bakshi, Bollywood Film Actor, Sh. S. K. Sharma, DDE, Zone –V, Smt. Sunita Singh, SPE, Zone –V and Sh. Sanjay Bhartiya, Principal ,Nav Bharti Public School. The programme commenced with lightening of the auspicious lamp. Director of Little Flowers Group of Schools, Mrs. C.M. Patel , Chairman, Sh. P. K. Jayna and President, Dr. Deepak Batra felicitated the Chief Guest and other distinguished Guests with saplings. A floral tribute was offered to the great educationist and philanthropist Late Sh. D. R. Patel whose diligence and dedication have transformed a dream into reality, a prospect into an accomplishment, a little flower into a blooming garden. The celebration began with invoking the blessings of Lord Ganesha. The Little Florians presented enthralling performances in Aerobics and enthrilled the spectators with their colourful fiesta. The main theme of the programme was Gulistan –Naye Sapnon Ka in which our energetic performers enacted a satirical play “Bagiya Bancharam Ki ”. Another presentation made by the primary wing was “ Joyful Learning”. The participants of Rajasthani folk dance & Bhangra Fitness captivated the audience with their outstanding performance. More than 1200 students from various classes participated in the celebration. School Principal, Mrs Neeta Dua, presented the Annual report of the School. Toppers of Class XII & X C.B.S.E. Examination 2017-18 and 2018-19 were honoured with Mementoes and Certificates by the Guests. The Honourable Guests appreciated the outstanding achievements of the school in the field of academics and cultural activities. They also applauded the students for their best performance in different activities. The Director, Mrs C. M. Patel commended the Little Florians who displayed their reverence for our food providers – the farmers while maintaining respect for their motherland and firm belief in traditions and culture of this glorious country. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks to the Guests extended by the Managing Director of Little Flowers Group of Schools, Mr Rohit Dua.
