“BeyondSkool and EduDrone Join Forces to Launch Prestigious Education Leaders of India Conference”
EduDrone-WE CONNECT, a renowned educational organization, joined forces with “beyondskool” to host the Education Leaders of India Conference on the theme “Catering to the Alpha Generation and How Schools Are Adapting to It.” The conference aimed to bridge the gap between traditional education and the needs of the Alpha or modern generation. Dr. Kajal Chhatija, Director, United International School and Founder & CEO EduDrone-We Connect opened the event by emphasizing its significance in the current scenario. The Chief guests, Mr. S.S. Deshmukh, the President of Vidya group of schools, and RJ Tarun of Radio One 93.4 FM, were felicitated.
RJ Tarun, a prominent media personality, engaged the school leaders in an intriguing and thought-provoking interaction. He also introduced Radio One’s book donation drive called “Padhenge toh badhenge” and urged the school leaders to contribute. Dr. Kajal Chhatija, and Mr. Sanjay Chhatija made a notable contribution by donating a large quantity of books.
The conference saw the participation of several principals from renowned schools who shared innovative ideas, experiences, and best practices for catering to the Alpha Generation. Eminent school leaders speakers like Mr. Siddharth Rajgarhai, Ms. Monica Arora, Ms. Sonali Balwatkar, Ms. Mrudula Mahajan, Ms. Vishakha Gupta, Ms. Zeenat Shaikh, Ms. Kanika Anand, Mr. Ram Raina, Dr. Sanjay Roy, Ms. Bhawna Narsingoju, Ms. Sunita Rai, and Mr. Mukesh Tilwani showcased various academic and non-academic practices implemented in their schools. Ideas such as “Ek mutthi anaaj,” “Happy hour,” “feeding the substaff,” “Parent Participation Program,” “Educational reels for Instagram” and “Gratitude diary” were shared, generating excitement among the school leaders. Ms. Payal Gaba, the Co-Founder of beyondSkool, took the stage to share her experience in the education field. Her passion led to the launch of beyondSkool, which aims to bridge the gap between the skills required for success in jobs and the current textbook curriculum. Ms. Zeenat Bandukwala, the Chief Academic Officer provided an overview of beyondSkool’s interesting and well-planned curriculum which includes skills like Creative thinking, Public Speaking, Dramatics, Electronics, Robotics, Financial Literacy and much more.
The conference brought together school leaders, stakeholders, and beyondSkool to foster meaningful knowledge sharing and provide valuable insights for the Alpha Generation. It served as a platform for collaborative discussions, promoting educational practices that adapt to the changing needs of students in today’s rapidly evolving world.
