1. Don’t study at a stretch

We know that these are your last moments to gulp down every information, however, too much information at the very last moment can lead towards major blunders. Therefore, take a small 10 minute breaks every one and a half hours. Get up and go for a walk as this refreshes the mind and increases productivity.

The most important thing for the students of class 10th and 12th right now is to learn how to de-stress. Ensure that you allot some time to your hobbies or just to relax as this will help with stress management. It would be wonderful if you could set some time apart to just meditate.

Listen to your parents and eat healthy right now. Remember to avoid skipping meals just because you are busy studying. A well-balanced meal provides students with mental energy to study diligently.

4. At least 8 hours of sleep every night is essential

A refreshed mind is needed while writing answers in the exams. Sacrificing sleep is not good as students will feel tired and sleepy during the exam. Many students might think that it is a good idea to burn the midnight oil when in reality it is not.

5. Do not keep studying till the last moment

Cramming your mind with information outside the exam hall will only stress you out. Keep your books and study materials aside, take some time out to gather your thoughts, just relax and focus on doing your best in the exam.
