Earth Day allows us a day each year to reflect and remember the significance of the health of the planet and what we can all do to help ensure that health. On 21st April 2023, the students of Ajanta Public School, Sector 31, Gurugram celebrated Earth Day with immense enthusiasm.
The entire school participated in commemorating the occasion. In the Pre-Primary Wing, the students were introduced to our planet, and they carried out colourful activities.
In the middle wing of the institution, a Literary Week was observed, and various activities related to Earth Day were carried out. The Grand Finale, comprising of poem recitation and debate was conducted house wise.
The major highlights of the day were the mellifluous Earth Day songs, foot- tapping dance performance and a short skit. They recognized the harm humans can cause while showing the massive amounts of support across the globe for protecting the Earth and the environment.
The celebration was culminated by the pearly words of wisdom by our Hon. Managing Director Shri Ramesh Kapoor and Director Principal Mr. Vaibhav Kapoor.
