8th June 2022, Wednesday-Delhi Police is going to organise the 18th Summer Camp 2022 under its special initiative ‘Sashakti’ for the purpose of creating awareness about women’s safety.

Delhi Police’s Special Police Unit for Women and Children (SPUWAC) is all set to organise the 18th Summer Camp 2022 under its special initiative ‘Sashakti’ for the purpose of creating awareness about women’s safety.
Under the initiative, Delhi Police will provide self-defense training to girls, working women, and housewives with a view to empowering them.
SUMMER CAMP FOR SELF-DEFENSE
The Delhi Police will hold a self-defense summer program from June 16 to June 27 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. The training will be provided at no cost in five different locations throughout Delhi. These locations include the following:
Dwarka, Shalimar Bagh, Gujrawalan Town-III, Dilshad Garden, Pushp Vihar.
The registration for participants in this camp started on June 1 and will continue till June 11. Interested people can visit the Delhi Police website or the nearest police station to register themselves.
The participants can also use the QR code available in Sashakti Self Defence Training Camp advertisements.
