New Delhi : Entries are invited for ASCENSIONE- An Online Inter- School Talent Rendezvous for Young Artists by DAV Public School, RK Puram, Delhi.

General Instructions :
➢ Please register for the competitions by clicking on the forms given below:

➢ The last date for registration is 25th December’20.
➢ The last date for the submission of all entries is 30th November’20 till 6:00 p.m.
➢ Declaration of Result- 7
th December’20.
➢ All entries must be submitted via mail to the specified mail IDs for each competition. The subject
of the mail must have the name of your school and the name of the competition. Each mail body
must also mention the names of the participants & class for each event.
➢ The videos of participants must be uploaded on YouTube and link must be sent via mail.
Pictures of artwork may be shared directly via mail.
➢ The results will be declared on the school’s Facebook page

➢ The events for all classes will be treated as competitions and their performances will be judged
by our alumni specializing in the respective categories . Host school will not participate.
➢ The events for Pre school to Class-I will get appreciation certificates based on their
performances. These are not to be treated as competitions
➢ The decisions of the judges will be final and binding.
➢ E-certificates will be awarded for appreciation, winners and participation.

Event 1. Artisti Straordinari – Coloring

• No. of participants: 1 per school
• Class: Pre-School
• Theme: Our Nation
➢ The participant has to color the printout of the
drawing of National Bird of India attached on the next
page.
➢ Judgment will be based on the color combinations,
coloring technique, creativity, overall presentation.
➢ A clear picture of the final artwork must be sent to

Event 2 – Parlarre Oggetto (Object Talk)

• No. of participants: 1
• Class: Pre-Primary
• Duration: 1.30-2 minutes
• Theme: Precautions during Pandemic.
• Language: English
➢ The participant has to ‘Show’ any one object that
represents the topic and speak a few lines on it.
➢ The participant may wear colorful costumes (easily
arranged at home). The background of the video will be
related to the topic.
➢ Judgment will be based on confidence, expressions,
content, creativity, voice modulation and overall
presentation.
➢ The video of the performance must be uploaded on
YouTube and its link must be shared to

Event 3 –Sfilata di Moda (Fancy Dress)

Theme – Other uses of Newspaper
Class- I

Time Duration – 1 to 2 minutes
Language – English
➢ The introduction is must and line must be short and
accurate describing the attire and other significance of
newspapers.
➢ Dress should be handmade, related to topic.
➢ Judgement will be based on appropriateness of the
outfit , originality, confidence, content, grooming and
deportment.
➢ The participant has to upload the video on YouTube and

Event 4 – Amo la Danza (I love Dance)

Class: II
Duration: 1-2 minutes
Theme: Dance using props.
➢ The participant has to present a folk dance of India.
➢ The child may dress up in a costume to depict the
culture (easily arranged at home).
➢ Judgment will be on the basis of expressions, body
movements, and the dance performance.
➢ The participant has to upload the video on YouTube

Event 5 – Salvatore

Theme – Yoga to the rescue in this lockdown.
Time limit- 1 to 2 mins.
Class-3

➢ It is advised that students should perform this task under
the supervision of their elders.
➢ To enter in the contest participants are required to
upload a 1-2 minute duration video of yogic practice
and include a short message on , “influence of yogic
practice in their lives during this pandemic”.
➢ You can include background music for your video.
➢ Participant should wear yoga costume during their
performance.
➢ The participant has to upload the video on YouTube

Dress code- School Uniform

➢ A vegetarian non- fire, to be prepared by the participant.
➢ Participant must wear apron and head gear.
➢ Judgment will be done on the basis of innovation of the
dish, appearance and presentation of the dish.

materials.
➢ Give name to the device and advertise discussing about the
procedure and principle of the prepared device.
➢ Judgment will be done on the basis of innovation and
