MBS International School took an initiative to conduct a virtual ‘Family Zumba’ Session

Positivity is more contagious than any other thing in the world. Hence to spread this positivity all around, each one of us at MBS International School took an initiative to conduct a virtual ‘Family Zumba’ Session on Saturday, May 2, 2020 for our Parents & Students, amid lockdown situation.
The Zumba class was led by our Dance Teacher Ms.Megha Dagar. The aim was to introduce something that was fun for the parents to do, in a comfortable indoor environment. The energy during Zumba session was contagious. With appropriate guidance and patient instructor, our parents and students were grooving to the peppy music in no time at all. The Zumba session proved to be a fun filled healthy aerobic activity for all parents and children. To see them follow zumba steps to the various tunes was surely a sight to behold! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed learning this new form and appreciated the efforts put in by the team of MBS International School, Sector-11, Dwarka, Delhi.
