AAP Will Build Schools At Every Four Kilometres In Eight Gujarat Cities If It Comes To Power: Manish Sisodia
Ahmedabad: On Tuesday, Manish Sisodia, the deputy chief minister of Delhi, promised that if the Aam Aadmi Party won the election in Gujarat, it would establish a government school every four kilometres in eight cities within a year. Sisodia, who was questioned by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for more than nine hours on Monday in connection with the Delhi Excise policy scam case, further stated that he is prepared for anything, even prison time, but that school development in Gujarat will continue.
“Gujarati voters will support a party that constructs schools because they are committed to having schools built for their children. Those who construct schools by abusing the ED and CBI are not imprisoned, “During a press conference, he said. According to Sisodia, an AAP team’s mapping of schools revealed that out of the 48,000 government schools in Gujarat, 32,000 were in poor condition. Sisodia promised that if the AAP is elected to power, it will establish public schools every four kilometres in eight cities: Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Jamnagar, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Gandhinagar, and Junagadh.
Every four kilometres, he promised, “we will build a superb government school that will be better than even private schools in these eight cities.” According to him, the AAP mapped out all of Gujarat’s public and private schools and created a plan to improve them. “We have also researched Gujarat’s budget. In 27 years of BJP control, we would like to inform the populace that no work has been done on schools “He asserted.
“44 lakh pupils are reported to attend private schools, and their parents all criticise the settings. They won’t be able to impose their own fee increases on the schools.
