Annual Day Celebration of Little Flowers International School & Little Flowers Public School (YV)
Little Flowers International and Little Flowers Public school celebrated their Annual Day –
2019 on 28th December 2019, Saturday with vibrancy and life being propelled into
magnificent and reverberating celebrations at Yamuna Sports Complex, Surajmal Vihar.
The programme began with the auspicious lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the chief
guest Sh. Manoj Tiwari (MP), Smt. C.M. Patel (Manager, Little Flowers Group of Schools),
Smt. Neeta Dua(Principal, Little Flowers Public Sr. Sec. School), Sh. Rajesh Dua (Chairman,
Little Flowers International School), Sh. Rohit Dua (Managing director, Little Flowers Group
of Schools), Dr. Deepak Batra (Secretary), Dr. Gagan Arora (Secretary, Little Flowers
International School). A floral tribute was offered to the great educationist and
philanthropist Late Sh. D.R. Patel whose diligence and dedication have transformed a
dream into reality, a prospect into an accomplishment, a little flower into a blooming
garden.
The celebration began with invoking the blessings of Lord Ganesha with a scilintilating
dance performance. The school band and orchestra presented patriotic song that was
truely an incredible musical treat. The theme of the programme was Sankalp- Nanhe
Sapnon ka was based on the Swachhta leading to a Fit India. More than 2000 students of
both branches presented vibrant cultural programme that showcased moral and social
value based dances and song sequences which left the audience enthralled. Pollution
dance, Swatchhta dance, Fit India dance and mere sapno ka Bharat were the main
highlights of the theme and got special praise from the chief guest Sh. Manoj Tiwariji.
School Vice Principal Mrs. Anita Mahajan and HM Mrs. Vimmi presented the Annual Report
of both the schools.The topper students were honoured with Mementoes and Certificates
by the Guests.
The Honourable Guests appreciated the outstanding achievements of the school in the field
of academics and cultural activities. They stated that the students should not only be
imparted education but also be given great scruple and values so that they can effectively
serve their nation.
The programme ended with the speech by Smt. Neeta Dua as she blessed the students and
extended a vote of thanks to the distinguished guests. Smt. C.M. Patel congratulated all the participants and motivated them with her enlightening words.
