In response to the quotation, the Gayatri Group of Schools in Pune organised a motivational and thought-provoking seminar for the entire staff. Shirish Sebastian, a well-known Life Coach, and International Wellness Educator led the class. He reminded teachers that they are no less than a celebrity their job is 24 by 7. The way they are greeted in the school and when they are caught by their students in any of the public places is a real gift of life. Their work is not just five hours of teaching but their influence is on students, parents, family, management, and society. He correlated the topic by giving various interesting real-life examples. A very unique yet simple, thanksgiving activity was assigned to all the faculty to convey ‘Thank you to their parents, co-colleagues, and school management for always being supportive of them. The session indulged all in an interactive and engaging conversation.

Finally, Mr. Shirish was honoured by Managing Director Sarita Vikhe Patil, CEO Anjali Bhagwat, Executive Director Kajal Chhatija, and Principals Mr. Shashikant Jodave, Mr. R. Govindh, Mrs. Jayshree Tagtode, and Mrs. Jyoti Bhahirat.
