New Delhi : Independence Day function titled SAMARPAN was celebrated virtually in DAV R K Puram school with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour. The spirit of freedom and nationalism was well exhibited by the students as well as the teachers through a spectrum of patriotic songs, speech and dance. Unity in diversity is what makes our country truly outstanding. As a tribute to our uncompromising unity, DAV’ians presented eye catching activities, theme party and fancy dress that rekindled the spirit of patriotism within us. Our Chief Guest and Guest(s) of Honour appreciated the efforts of the students and teachers. The event ended by heart touching message given by the teachers and Principal of the school jointly which all of us should think about . This time Independence Day was celebrated in the ‘ new normal ‘ way , not only with teachers and students but also their entire families virtually. The celebration was overwhelming for the eyes and hearts of everyone present virtually.
