Rajasthan Government Working With Commitment To Provide Quality Education, Says Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot

JAIPUR: The Rajasthan administration, according to Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, has implemented a number of innovations to promote high-quality education. In the presence of Education Minister BD Kalla, Mr. Gehlot launched the Chief Minister’s Bal Gopal Yojana and distributed school uniforms under the Chief Minister’s Free Uniform Distribution Scheme from his residence. According to an official statement, he said that the state administration was sincerely committed to giving kids access to high-quality education and better health care, and that both of the programmes were significant advances in that regard.

Now, he continued, it is up to the instructors and parents to make sure that the uniforms are sewn quickly and the youngsters arrive at school wearing them. Mr. Gehlot went on to say that the education department was crucial to the operation and implementation of the programmes, and he requested the instructors to make sure that no pupil was denied access to the benefits.

Under the Chief Minister’s Bal Gopal Yojana, pupils in Classes 1 through 8 at government elementary and upper primary schools, madrassas, and special training centres who participate in the mid-day meal programme would have access to milk manufactured from powdered milk every Tuesday and Friday.

Teachers, parents, or members of the school management committee will taste the milk to ensure its quality. The project will cost the government Rs 476.44 crore.

In accordance with the Chief Minister’s Free Uniform Distribution Scheme, government school pupils in Classes 1 through 8 will get fabric for two sets of dresses. Additionally, the government would deposit Rs 200 each student as tailoring costs directly into bank accounts.

The programme, which would cost Rs 500.10 crore, will benefit around 67.58 lakh pupils attending public schools. Gehlot also discussed the crucial role that educators play in communicating to the general people the advantages of programmes like the Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme, the Indira Gandhi Urban Employment Guarantee Scheme, and the Udaan Yojana, among others.

According to the chief minister, the government offers all facilities to students and young people. With 1.35 lakh jobs approved, the state has also been a major employer in addition to providing education. According to him, 1.25 lakh job applications are currently being processed, and another 1 lakh positions were mentioned in the budget.
